However, do not walk on the gel pack, as excessive weight can cause the gel package to leak or break. The gel packaging should only be washed by hand and must be completely dried before use.

The lovely recycled reusable ice/hot gel packs have a wide range of uses, from health and medical to beauty and wellness. These gel packs are suitable for both hot and cold applications and each gel pack provides approximately 20 minutes of use time. The ice pack can be used as a hot compress or a cold compress gel pack for a wide range of uses, including relief of common swelling/bruises, swollen eye wisdom tooth extraction, headache, neck pain, hot flashes, relief of breastfeeding pain, relief of arthritis pain, and chronic slow nosebleeds.

For cold use, refrigerate the gel pack for 2 hours in the refrigerator or freezer. Do not use if skin sensitivity is reduced or if there are open wounds, and consult your doctor if you have diabetes before using cold therapy. Use for no more than 20 minutes at a time.

For hot use, microwave each side for 10 seconds, with a total heating time not exceeding 30 seconds per use of the product. Do not heat it more than 4 times for 60 minutes. The gel packaging must reach room temperature if cooled beforehand, then reheated.

The product contains 5 ice packs (4X4in) made of PVC and containing liquid gel, which can be stored in the refrigerator and used as lunch ice packs and daily first aid cold packs. The children's ice packs are the perfect size for a child's palm, not too big, and each gel pack (size: 3.7X3.7") makes them easy to use on any body part, even joints and hard-to-reach places. The ice bags can be cleaned directly with water, and the gel liquid and gel beads can be properly squeezed as a decompression ice bag, but they cannot be squeezed hard to avoid touching sharp objects.
